Join Mac and his skilled dogs for an exciting truffle hunt, followed by an authentic Italian home-cooked meal prepared by Francesca. End the day with a charming stroll through a local village.
Chocolate Sweets Cooking Class & Perugia Visit
Explore the captivating Chocolate Museum with a guided tour, then participate in a hands-on chocolate truffle cooking class. Enjoy an à la carte lunch in enchanting Perugia and take a leisurely city walk and shopping.
Stefania's Cooking Class & Assisi City Walk
Put on your apron and join a cooking class with the option to make delicious ravioli. Discover the enchanting town of Assisi during a 2-hour CityWalk.
Lucia's Porchetta Preparation Experience
Learn the art of seasoning and spicing a full pork roast (porchetta) with Fabio's guidance. Savor a full lunch with appetizers while soaking in the picturesque Umbrian countryside
Hot Air Balloon Flight & Wine Tasting
Start the day with a sack breakfast, including croissants and a couple of wine glasses , then arrive at the vineyard at 6:30 AM with Ayla as your host. Soar high in a hot air balloon, enjoying breathtaking views of medieval villages and vineyards
Return to the Cantina for a light Italian breakfast with wine samplings alongside Ayla and Carolina. Then, indulge in an early à la carte lunch at a fantastic regional restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Carapace Winery for wine tasting with Aurora, which includes samples of olive oil and more.

We want to be transparent about the unique nature of our "Best of Italy’s Farm to Table Cultural Experience" as it embarks on its inaugural journey. This program is a test pilot offering, meaning it's the first time we're bringing this exceptional experience to the world. As such, certain elements typically found in established tours may not be in place yet.
While our classes and activities come highly recommended, we understand that, as of now, our team members haven't personally experienced each specific class. Rest assured, these activities have been carefully curated based on trusted recommendations and expertise.
Flexibility is key for this tour. We acknowledge that the flow of each day may require minor adjustments as we fine-tune the schedule through our initial run. Your understanding and adaptability are greatly appreciated as we work to perfect this experience.
Day trips including travel time, stretch from 6 to 8 hours, you should be prepared for an active and immersive adventure.
